InnoVention

InnoVention is EIA’s premier startup competition. The competition brings together top early stage NYU student startups to compete for the grand prize. The goal is to challenge NYU students from across the globe to build and create commercially viable ideas for real world problems.

Format & Schedule

InnoVention’s format has changed. The competition is now solely a startup competition. Accepted teams will compete in a series of pitch fest rounds concluding in the showdown to win the grand prize. After each round, judges will eliminate a certain number of teams. The final showdown will be where judges determine the top three team, awarding them grand prizes. Teams will have the option to join SparkStart events to learn about various growth hacking techniques and gain access to key industry mentors. EIA partners will also be available as a point of resource for each team, providing valuable development, design, and business advisory. Demo Day will be at the end of the program, where both InnoVention and SparkStart teams will present their ideas and achievements.
